customer service is good, I am regular customer

Quality and packaging were all great. Loved the pyrite bracelet !

The bracelet stones are too much glossy, shinning and smoothly polished. Is it normal and sign of naturalness? I don’t have much idea. but this is best pyrite stone for money in just Rs.499.
